  • Buyer data you enter: buyer names, phone numbers, budget ranges, and pipeline notes — this is your data, not ours
  • Billing information: subscription tier and payment status (card details are held by Stripe, not us)
  • Integration credentials: CRM API keys and Twilio credentials you choose to store in Settings
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session activity via Google Tag Manager and associated analytics tools
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, and operating system collected automatically

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (account setup, billing receipts, password resets)
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve product features
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not use your buyer data for any purpose other than operating the Service on your behalf.
